I would like to say that I have been using Total Control for a while and I lost 5 pounds in my first week, and I have to say that I am thrilled! It's so easy, and it's such a great supplement and I really recommend it to anyone who is seriously trying to drop those pounds! It worked for me when nothing else did. I'm so excited that I've gone down two pants sizes in two months! I love Herbalife.
